Mary Frances bought tickets to tonight's Ray LaMontagne show at the Fabulous Fox back in July for my birthday. We met up with Drew, Elizabeth, Mike, and Steven, had a quick dinner at Five Guys, and enjoyed Ray's show.
Mary Frances and I were trees complete with a clothesline, bird, squirrel, and stuck frisbee for the party at Carrie, Tracy, and Michelle's house.
Let me help you out on this one since our photographer decided it wasn't important to capture our entire costumes--Mary Frances was a worker bee complete with a tool belt and hammer. I was a top chef with greasy hair, an apron, and a whisk.
Watched Good Eats this morning then made chocolate chip cookies. Alton Brown knows exactly what he's talking about.
It was a beautiful fall afternoon so we ate lunch on the deck. Thanks to Carrie, Tracy, and Michelle for having folks over!
This wasn't as easy as buying a pumpkin spiced latte at Starbucks but it was much more satisfying. And now I have lots of pumpkin left over for other projects.
