Still in Atlanta

I didn't make it to Vancouver for the Olympics. Suffice it to say that the Atlanta airport doesn't have the tools to efficiently deal with real winter weather. However the view from my place this morning was a nice consolation prize.

I bought some wild sockeye salmon at the Dekalb Farmers Market on Tuesday and cured it for two days. The consistency is firmer than I'd like but the taste is there. Det smaker godt, det!
